Policies
Policies at Casa Verde Salon Spa:
- Please turn off your cell phone.
- For your child's safety and as a courtesy to you and others, children are not allowed.
- 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations!
- Unless we received a 24-hour notice of cancellation, all cancellations will be responsible for the full appointment cost and will result in credit card charge or forfeit of Gift Certificate.
- Spa Rentals & Group Bookings require 2-week notice of cancellation.
- A credit card number (or gift certificate number) will be required for all spa packages, couples reservations and treatments totaling $100 or more.
- Late arrivals may take the remainder of the service (less the late time) at full price.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- No cash refunds on any retail or Gift Certificate sales.
- Any refunds/re-dos need to be done within 1 week of service and will be credited for the original service skill level.
